This coming 30th September, I will be at UPM MTB Fete. My 6th jamboree and first jamboree after more than one month break for fasting and raya. From last three weeks dah start training with my uncle2, hehe. First ride after one month break, at Bukit Ramlee, muntah like hell. Kayuh for few minutes, dah mula semput nak muntah. Seriously, rasa macam nak give up je. But kuatkan semangat and teruskan jugak. Sampai puncak Bukit Ramlee, kedai TUTUP!!! Tak dapat la nak minum air cincau nenas yg famous itu ( macam la tak penah minum sbm ni, hehe). So balik la makan kedai mamak kat Saujana Utama je *frust*. Duncan plak buat hal, shifting buat hal. Hantar le kat kedai Ramli tu, kena service. At the same time tukar part kat handle tu, hehe, saje je perabis duit yg dah sedia takde tu kaaaannn. Pantang nampak barang warna merah, mula la gatal tangan, hehe.
The following week, ride at FRIM. This time, lagi teruk muntahnya. Sampai berpinar-pinar mata. Sekali lagi rasa nak patah balik tapi takut sebab sorang-sorang. Pakcik Zaid n Azam dah kedepan time tu, nak taknak terpaksa gak sambung kayuh, huhu. So, dapat gak la habiskan kayuhan yg bermula dari Hospital Sg Buloh - Tongkat Ali Trail - Aromatica Trail - Rover Trail.
This weekend, sambung kayuh lagi kat FRIM. This week Ijal follow sekali. Ijal ni lebih kurang aku je kayuhnya, haha. So me ada geng kayuh slow-slow la, haha. Good thing is, this week no more muntah. This week cover same trails like last week but tambah lagi with Syabas n Pacat trails. Pacat trails sgt best if suka downhill, awesome!
Today, Monday is a holiday for Malaysia Day. The whole group went to Kiara Hills but I can't go cz my elbow is killing me. Asyik sakit je tgn ni, camna nak masuk jamboree nanti? Nak kena jumpa tukang urut plak kot. If u still remember, last year I fractured my arm at PCC Ride with Amir Massdi. Sampai skrg dk sakit lg, haih.
Well, speaking of Amir Massdi, its been awhile since the last time he joined us for weekend rides. He's been busy with work and outstation here and there. It's kind of weird when finally I'm the only one who still rides every weekend but he's not around. He's the one who taught me about cycling arena but now I'm left alone. He's one of the reasons I'm here in this cycling world. Well, life must go on, maybe one day he will be able to ride again with us.
